General Booking Questions

Where can I find a hotel’s check-in/check-out time?

Once an initial selection is made, our hotel listings page will show all available hotels for the hourly packs you have chosen. By mouse over the hotel images, you will be able to see the earliest and latest check-in time for the chosen hourly packs. Your check-out time will be calculated based on the hourly pack you choose.

Does the hotel need a deposit or payment in advance?

Normally the Hotel does not require any advance payment or deposits. In some cases a small deposit is collected in advance to ensure booking confirmation. This information will be clearly stated at the time of booking. The balance amount will be payable directly to the hotel.

Can I make a reservation without a credit card?

A credit card or debit card is required for all bookings through 6Hourly. We only use your credit card information to verify your identity and the information is automatically deleted and not stored in our system.

Is breakfast included in the Price?

Unless specified otherwise, breakfast is not included in any of our rates.

Where can I find the hotel's number and/or e-mail address?

All contact information will be made available on the confirmation voucher once the booking is confirmed.

Can I modify my booking?

Reservations cannot be modified after they have been booked. You may cancel your reservation and re-book with the correct modifications.

How will my personal data be used?

At a time of a booking, we will share your name & cell phone number to the Hotel for the front desk to register it. Other than that, we guarantee that no other personal data will be shared with any third party. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we use your data.

How do I know if my reservation has been confirmed?

When you reach the final step of confirming your reservation, your booking information and reference number will be displayed on screen. This reference number is your guarantee of the reservation. You also receive this in an email with includes information of your reservation. If you don’t please check your Spam File.

Can I cancel a reservation at 6hourly.com?

You can cancel reservations if the hotel permits it. Check carefully the terms while booking to see if the hotel has the option to cancel reservations or not. If your hotel does allow cancellations you should also check its cancelation period as terms at each hotel or even for type of rooms may differ.

If I cancel a reservation, how long will it be before the money is returned into my account?

Normally 6Hourly does NOT charge your credit card. We just verify it in order to make sure that the booking is valid and legitimate. All monetary transactions are made at the Hotel. You will not be monetarily penalized if you cancel a 6Hourly booking. In cases where a portion of the amount is collected as advance deposit, the same will be returned within 72 hours subject to cancellation terms.

Are the prices displayed on 6Hourly per room or per person?

Rates are always per room based on hourly packs check-out. So please make sure that you are checking out at the time that is listed on your booking confirmation, according to the Hotel’s allowance.

Is it safe to book with 6Hourly?

Please note that all your information is never shared with anyone. All data are confidential. In addition, we do not charge your credit card. We simply use that information to verify your identity. Payments are done at the Hotel during the check-out. Please check out our Privacy Policy for more information about how we use your data.

Can I change my reservation date?

Unfortunately, you cannot modify reservations. If you want to modify your reservation, you need to cancel your initial booking and re-book again.

Can I make an hourly packs booking by E-mail?

There are various ways to book with 6Hourly.com. You can book on our website or book on one of the available apps for iOS and Android. Alternatively, you can e-mail support@6Hourly to book or call us at (0091) 98 4538 8077.

Can I pay in cash at the hotel?

Most hotels out there accept cash. However, some of them won’t. So make sure, when you check-in to inform the front desk for payment by cash, so that they do not charge your credit card.

You might be able to leave a deposit in cash instead of a hold on your credit card for incidentals. So make sure you warn the front desk that you want to pay by cash for all or part of the transaction.

How does the times work on a "Hourly Packs room"?

An Hourly Pack room is a room you can use for a few hours on that same day. There are hourly packs like 6 hours, 12 hours, 18 hours and 24+ hours. Our Partner Hotels understand the need for more flexibility in bookings and are happily to provide you with this option. However, you must absolutely check out by the time listed on your booking confirmation, or you may be charged extra.

What are the Terms and Conditions of a Hotel Reservation Booked With 6Hourly?

All bookings are to be paid and used for the time periods allowed, unless you made a cancellation. However, any cancellation made 2 hours prior to the check-in time on the same day of the booking is considered to be a late cancellation.

How many guests are allowed per room?

Normally two guests are allowed in. Anymore guests than 2 are governed strictly by the conditions of room selection you made at the time of booking.

Can I book for consecutive time blocks?

Of course you can. If you find matching time blocks and you need them, we will be pleased to accommodate you with consecutive bookings.

How many rooms can I simultaneously book?

You are allowed to book as many rooms as you wish. All rooms are to be paid for, eventually.

How old do I have to be to book a hotel room through your website?

The minimum age for booking a hotel is 18 years old. However, some hotels are stricter and will not allow any person under the age of 21 to check-in and may refuse your check-in.

Can I book a same day reservation?

Yes.You can book reservations for the same day as long as you are looking for a check-in slot that has not been past yet. We have great rates for SAME NIGHT bookings. It can be done through mobile apps to avail the fantastic discounts.

Why can’t I find the hotel I was looking for in the results?

It’s possible that this has happened because there are no available rooms on the date you were looking for. You can try searching without any fixed date. Another possibility is that the specific hotel you have requested doesn’t work with us therefore you can’t find them on our website. We have other hotels to offer if the one you want is not available.

The address of the hotel is listed in your e-mail confirmation as well as the hotel description page on our website.

Can I cancel a reservation at 6hourly.com?

How can I cancel a reservation online?

Don't worry. It happens... just in case you decide you want to cancel or change your mind, out hotels will give you enough time before you check- in to cancel your reservation. To cancel a booking, first make sure that the hotel room you have selected is cancellable and that you are within the hotels cancelation period. If you hotel room is cancellable, you will find a link in your confirmation email that will automatically take you to the cancelation page, where you will have to provide your booking details. If you cannot find the link you can go directly to the page from here: Cancel reservation. Keep in mind that simultaneous cancellations will black-list you from our booking again. You will need to contact 6Hourly to reinstate your account if you have been blacklisted.

How do I know my booking has been cancelled?

After canceling your booking, a cancellation confirmation will be sent to you by email. If you did not receive a cancellation confirmation, please send us an e-mail or call us at (0091) 98 4538 8077

I have booked a hotel but haven’t received a confirmation by e-mail. What should I do?

Please check your email inbox carefully and check your ‘spam’ folder. Or, maybe you inserted your email address incorrectly. If you cannot find your confirmation, please send us an e-mail or call us at 0091 98 4538 8077.

I want to check out after the stated check-out time. What should I do?

In general, you cannot check-out late and in most cases you will be penalized if you check-out late. However, you may choose additional hourly packs through our website or apps, if available. You can also call the front desk and request them of your desire to check-out later than the time allocated, you may have to pay a small supplement, depending on your desired length of delayed hours of check-out.

How can I find a hotel’s check-in/check-out times?

In all our hotel listings, check-in & check-out times are clearly stated on the booking confirmation page. Whether you are on the app or on the website, time allotments are clearly stated. Please look carefully at the booking page.

What should I do if I have a question about a previous reservation?

You can send us an e-mail or call us at 0091 98 4538 8077.

When and how do I pay?

You will be able to pay cash or with your credit card upon checking-out. Please note that a credit card may be asked for incidentals during your check-in.

Rates are listed clearly during your booking process, and correspond to a fixed time-period for a certain room-type.

How do I check my current reservations?

You should have received a booking confirmation via email that summarizes the entire booking details of your reservation. You can also see your booking details in the “My Account” section made available after Login to your account. Contact us if you need assistance in retrieving a lost booking confirmation.

Can I change my hotel room?

Hotel rooms are assigned at the discretion of the Hotel and there is no guarantee what type of room you receive, but all rooms are guaranteed to accommodate two guests. It is at the discretion of the Hotel to allow you a change of rooms.

Will I be penalized for cancelling last minute?

No, if the cancellation is made within the cancellation period permitted by the hotel. Keep in mind however that simultaneous cancellations from you will black-list you from our booking process.

Can I check-in early or late?

The earliest check-in would be at the time of allowed check-in by the Hotel. Every Hotel has its own time period. We ask that you read carefully each Hotel policy. Late check-outs go by the same rule.

Can I change the name on my reservation?

Any variations to the name on a booking are to be made at the Hotel, during check-in, accompanied by further Identification for proof.

What do I need to bring to the hotel for check-in?

You need to bring 2 forms of ID. Which are a credit card and a regular ID/Driver’s license. Please note that payments can be coordinated by cash as well, upon request during the check-in process.

What should I do if I have a question about a previous reservation?
